MDM device heartbeats
Every managed Mac, PC, or mobile device quietly reports its WAN IP, SSID, BSSID, and LAN IP through your MDM. We pull that on a 10-minute cadence with a freshness gate so sleeping devices don't fake presence.
Identity-provider login events
Login activity from your identity provider (Workspace, Microsoft Entra/Azure AD, Okta) gives us fresh, login-time IPs across your whole user base — no agent on the device, no integration on the user side.
Office fingerprints
Each site has a fingerprint: WAN egress IPs, internal LAN ranges, allowed SSIDs, BSSID seeds. A scoring correlator turns raw signals into low / medium / high confidence sightings, multi-source corroborated.
Privacy posture
IPs only. No traffic content.
